Let Guardian protect your home by offering up to six months of Coverage During Listing. Just in case a system or appliance breaks down during the listing period your Seller’s Warranty will take care of any covered failure, less the standard deductible. At close, the Seller’s Warranty will then automatically convert to the standard Buyer’s Warranty offering coverage for an additional one (1) full year.
